Whether it’s an inland or sea view, you’ll never feel cramped — the insides are exceedingly spacious with very comfortable beds that’ll make it easy to fall asleep. If you need a little extra help with that, they even offer a pillow menu with options that range from memory foam to down-filled, ensuring your head gets the precise support it needs.

Serene, Private Beaches

Yes, the main pool is pretty incredible with plenty of sunbeds and cabanas but the real stars are the two beaches on the property. Kavos, the larger of the two, sits on a protected bay meaning the waters are crystal clear and exceedingly calm. With a bar that offers drinks and snacks, you won’t want to leave. Should you prefer a quieter, more secluded experience, Kymata only has 12 chairs. Caveat: don’t expect soft sand, the area is pretty rocky and you’ll want to have decent balance to wade out. But it’s truly a vibe and worth spending a few hours.

Spa Treatments That’ll Get You Perfectly Relaxed

Book a deep muscle massage at Elispa and feel their skilled masseuses go to town on your knotted shoulders — you won’t regret it. Or, if you prefer, you can also request a facial or a soothing aloe wrap. Whatever you desire, the spa at Amoh has the right treatments to ensure ultimate relaxation. To make the most of your experience, take advantage of the sauna or the steam bath followed by a lounge at their indoor/outdoor pool. For couples, there’s a joint treatment room that features a private tub that’s a true indulgence.

A Dream Gym

If you’re one of those people who wouldn’t dream of skipping a workout while on vacation, you’re going to want to make a stop at the gym at the Amoh. Featuring Technogym equipment, it has everything you need for a run on the treadmill or a lifting session on one of their benches. Rather play tennis? They have you covered with outdoor courts. But the true gem is the Pilates studio, complete with reformers. Featuring a digital trainer, you can flutter through your hundreds or loosen up your hips with some giant circles. And should you want some more personalized attention, you can also request an IRL session with a certified instructor as well.

Greek Food, Reimagined

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from on property but if we had to choose a favorite, it’d be Kymata. Located at the edge of the property, steps away from the beach bearing the same name, it serves modern interpretations of Greek classics with an emphasis on seafood. From perfectly grilled fish to lush desserts with crispy bits of dough, every bite was delicious. Of course, the other two spots Lithos and Glaze are no slouch either. The former, where breakfast is served, features some of the most delicious figs and yogurt along with a not to be missed olive oil experience. The latter is a steakhouse with an outdoor teppanyaki grill experience that makes for a fun night.

Plus, the Pizza is Pretty Incredible

Cava di Pietra, located steps from the pool, offers a view of the ancient limestone quarry on which the resort is built upon. Serving Italian food, complete with a pizza chef from Naples, it’s a fantastic meal that is ideal for a casual lunch break. The margherita is a standout with a perfectly crispy underside and chewy crust while the eggplant is also a must order.

And Don’t Forget Dessert!

Given that the Amoh is located at one of the sunniest, warmest spots on the island, a cold treat is in order. Head over to Oniro for a sweet treat, be it gelato or other desserts. The pistachio was a highlight but there are other, more creative flavors as well. And if you want to bring a taste of Rhodes back home, you can also pick up honey and olive oil here. We recommend the unfiltered olive oil, the flavor is rich and unique.

Cocktails With a View
