Logomania Is Alive At Valentino

Logomania is alive and well at Valentino. Revealed on the SS23 runway last month, the new Valentino Toile Iconographe inscribes the raw white canvas of the label’s masterful materials, mapping out an infinite avenue of creative possibilities. Like a full-coverage tattoo, it’s painted onto everything; the reinvented VLogo traverses bucket hats, swathing scarfs, shopping bags, trench coats, catsuits, dresses, stockings and more.

A rigorous campaign lensed by the legendary Steven Meisel sees the monogram modelled by a few familiar faces, including Kristen McMenamy and Sora Choi.

Pierpaolo Piccioli is one for the future, simultaneously tapping into the house’s heritage and driving Valentino forward. The Valentino Toile Iconographe is at once overt and beautiful, leading the house into an exciting next chapter.
