The chef and model Rōze Traore has cooked all around the world, from Eleven Madison Park in New York to his hotel and restaurant, La Fourchette de Rōze, in Ivory Coast. He entered the fashion world through his clientele, cooking for Rick Owens and plating the Dior Guggenheim International Gala, which led to modeling gigs with Louis Vuitton and Cole Haan. Here, Traore takes 10 USA for a walk around his neighborhood in Harlem. Just like his cuisine, his sense of style is about utilizing excellent ingredients to concoct a signature look.
