Chanel Posts Up in the Hamptons
Just in time for the long Memorial Day weekend, Chanel opens their seasonal store on East Hampton’s Newtown Lane. The white-brick storefront is reminiscent of a Parisian summer retreat and brings Coco Chanel’s love for the ocean and Biarritz to the Long Island seaside town. You’ll find Matthieu Blazy’s latest fashion creations from ready-to-wear and accessories to leather goods and shoes alongside an assortment of watches and fine jewelry. The ground floor invites guests into a vibrant beach fantasy, introducing the Coco Beach 2026 collection, while the upstairs offers a cozy residential-inspired retreat, with a selection of ready-to-wear and accessories from the spring summer 2026 collection. It wouldn’t come as a surprise if East Hamptoners spent the weekend lining up for Blazy’s highly desired goods.

Dior Unveils Surrealist Window Displays
Artist Alex Chinneck has created exclusive sculptures for the New York and Beverly Hills Dior locations, drawing inspiration from the distinct character and culture of each city. As a result, the window displays are both playful and visually striking — reflections of each brought to life through surreal design. Upside-down yellow cabs, traffic lights twisted together like bouquets, lampposts tied into oversized bows, and a melting 1950s red car looping into itself transform the storefronts into captivating works of art. Passersby are almost certain to pause, drawn in by the impressive displays. The installations perfectly capture Christian Dior’s enduring commitment to creativity mixed with Jonathan Anderson’s humor and his ongoing dialogue with the art world.
The Latest Bottega Veneta Innovation Comes From…Mushrooms?
You commonly associate Bottega Veneta with leather but their latest addition, woven mycelium, is an innovative departure from the norm. The new material was introduced as part of their fall 2026 men’s collection under creative director Louise Trotter. Grown from the root-like network of fungi using Ephea fabrication, it offers a lightweight finish that is applied to a curated selection of everyday accessories including wallets, card cases, a passport holder, and a key ring, with each piece carrying subtle variations, making every design unique. Available in shades like espresso brown, lava red, and mineral blue, these vegan creations show that luxury can be kind on the earth.
Sunglasses For Baignoire Fans
For spring–summer 2026, Cartier introduced “Capsule de Cartier”, a limited-edition eyewear design inspired by the brand’s iconic Baignoire watch. Using the timepiece’s distinctive oval shape, the frame is crafted in gold-finish titanium, with details including a blue spinel accent at the temple tips as inspired by the Baignoire crown. Each piece is individually laser-engraved with a serial number, showing its collectors status and commitment to rarity. Presented in exclusive packaging and it’s available globally now.

Summer might just be underway but Saint Laurent is already looking ahead, as the brand just released their fall 2026 campaign. From a teeny bralette and matching underwear worn under sheer tights topped with a furry trimmed coat to a high-cut bodysuit and heels to a new colorway of the iconic Mombasa bag, creative director Anthony Vaccarello makes the most of Rayder’s long limbs, bending and flexing in each photo.

Their latest addition stars singer, model, and actress Suki Waterhouse, with the accompanying campaign reflecting on the passage of time rooted in the brand’s archive. Beginning with timeless wardrobe staples like the white cotton shirt and khaki chinos, the collection reworks sourced vintage garments through unexpected proportions, embellishment, and reconstruction. First unveiled in Tokyo during the Miu Miu Jazz Club and released globally from May 18th, 2026, Upcycled 2026 reinforces the brand’s belief that clothing can carry both the old and new.
