It’s not your imagination — this has been an especially quiet week. Chalk it up to peak vacation season, everyone is out of office and with that your inbox is finally manageable. Soon enough though, it’ll be back to reality. And nowhere is that more evident than Burberry’s fall 2026 campaign which trades the countryside for London’s bustling streets as a cast navigates rush hour madness. If that feels a little too real and you’re in the mood for escapism, let Apartamento and Belmond’s new book ”‘Madeira: Recipes & Wanderings on the Atlantic Island of Eternal Spring” inspired your next trip while Le Labo’s newest city fragrance will whisk you off to Beijing. And should you be in the mood to add a few new things to your closet, Dover Street Market New York has officially changed over to fall while Nordstrom has an exclusive Ferragamo collection.

Burberry Says Vacation’s Over

Sorry to inform you but the lazy days of summer are winding down. After jetting off to the countryside, this fall Burberry heads back to London, turning the everyday commute into a stylish experience for their fall 2026 campaign. Set against the streets of central London, the film follows Rosemary Ferguson, Cherif Douamba and Haojie Qi as they navigate rush-hour, sudden rain, and the usual rituals of getting to and from work. Narrated by Matthew Streeton, one of the voices of the London transport network, the campaign captures the unmistakable sounds of the city. The accompanying collection includes lightweight trench coats, relaxed British tailoring, and accessories with Burberry’s signature heritage details for a wardrobe designed to handle any temperamental weather.

Take a Closer Look at Fendi Couture’s Incredible Jewelry

For her first Couture collection at Fendi, Maria Grazia Chiuri places desire at the very center of conversation. Presented at Rome ‘s Galleria Nazionale di Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, the collection continues the dialogue between fashion and art. Rooted in the philosophy that clothes should celebrate rather than constraint the body, the collection unfolds through fluid silhouettes, smart tailoring, and renewed explorations of the brand’s fur coats, with flashes of 1920s glamour woven throughout. Speaking of glamour, the jewelry was also a highlight. Under the direction of Chiuri, the sketches by Roman artist Pietro Ruffo showcase the intricate gold jewelry in all its glory. Made by goldsmiths Stefano Palazzi and Paolo del Ferraro, its Italian craftsmanship at its finest.

Becky Armstrong Joins Tod’s Ambassador Family

It seems that every week brings another brand ambassador announcement. Yet few have felt as well aligned as Becky Armstrong and Tod’s. The Thai-British actress, singer, and model shares the house’s understated elegance, bringing her own contemporary cool to its distinctly Italian world. And if the shoe fits… Armstrong will make her first official appearance as ambassador at Tod’s Milan fashion week show on September 25th. What she’ll wear remains under wraps, but we’d wager a Gommino will make the cut.

Nordstrom and Ferragamo Make It Exclusive

Did someone say limited-edition? We’re listening. To celebrate its 125th anniversary, Nordstrom has partnered with Ferragamo on an exclusive 7-piece capsule that gives some of the Italian house’s signature styles a fresh spin. The lineup includes multiple iterations of the beloved Hug Bag, a silk scarf, reversible leather belts, croc-embossed loafers, and a pair of ankle-stap sandals. Together, they cover everything from everyday accessories to occasions that call for something a little more fabulous.

Meet Le Labo’s Newest City Fragrance

Le Labo is once again opening the doors to the City Exclusive Collection, the fragrance series created as a tribute to some of the world’s most beloved cities. Usually available only in the labs of its namesake destinations, the scents are almost impossible to order online or ship internationally, until this September, when the collection will be temporarily released worldwide. This year’s edition introduces SHIU 25 for Beijing. Inspired by the Ho tree, a familiar smell that’s central to traditional Chinese medicine, the newest perfume has notes of camphor wood, frankincense, iris, pink pepper, and white blossom. Complex, smoky, and almost medicinal in the best way possible, it feels like a trip to a traditional apothecary without ever leaving your apartment. Shop it here.

A Colorful, Cool Jewelry Collection

John Hardy is bringing a fresh burst of color to its jewelry collection with the fall 2026 evolution of the Icon Gemstone and Heishi Gemstone collections. Under the creative chairmanship of Reed Krakoff, the pieces feature hand-cut semi-precious stones including topaz, tanzanite, chrysoprase and fire opal. Icon Gemstone offers a more tailored, elevated take on the brand’s woven chain, while Heishi Gemstone embraces a relaxed, mix-and-match spirit inspired by friendship bracelets. Launched earlier this week, the collections continue John Hardy’s post-50th-anniversary evolution.

A Wanderlust Inducing Book

Apartamento and Belmond just released ”‘Madeira: Recipes & Wanderings on the Atlantic Island of Eternal Spring”, the fifth instalment in its Recipes & Wanderings cookbook series. Dedicated to the Atlantic island of Madeira, the book explores its culinary traditions, ancient laurel forests, and wines through a blend of recipes, photography and storytelling. Nadine Ijewere’s film images capture landscapes and communities, while writer Inês Matos Andrade guides readers through markets, family-run restaurants and fishing harbors. More than a cookbook, the book celebrates the people of Madeira and flavours that define one of the Atlantic’s greatest destinations.

Dover Street Market New York Says Hello Fall!

Despite it being nearly 100 degrees today in New York City, Dover Street Market has officially declared fall has begun. Tachiagari, a Japanese word that translates to “beginning” or “start”, has come and gone, with plenty of shiny new things at the concept store. Of note is Marc Jacobs, with an expanded buy on the ground floor, while Matières Fécales, fresh off their big Zendaya and Gabriette moments, is making their impact felt. As always, the wonders of the Comme des Garçons universe are represented from a John Fleuvog platform boots collab to their ongoing relationship with The Beatles to the return of everyone’s favorite anime-inspired girl, this time on a series of handbags for the CdG Girl line. For those seeking smaller, newer designers, expect to find an ample selection with the likes of Pauline Dujancourt, Colleen Allen, Ponte, and Sonia Carrasco among the offerings. And of course, there are plenty of designer pieces including a corner devoted to all things Phoebe Philo while Prada, The Row, and Miu Miu have their own niche. One thing you won’t find? The Rick Owens sculpture. Sadly, that has come and gone.

The North Face Reaches New Heights

As summer enters its final stretch, escaping the city for the mountains sounds increasingly tempting, and The North Face would quite like us to pick up the pace. Enter the Offtrail Ultra, its new mountain-running shoe built for charging up steep trails, scrambling over rocks, and making descents look easy. Tested by the brand’s athletes across five continents, it pairs a bouncy Dreambound superfoam sole with a lightweight mesh upper, a built-in gaiter to keep debris out and serious grip underfoot. Better still, all that mountain-ready tech comes wrapped in punchy colors inspired by The North Face’s 1990 Trans-Antarctica Expedition. Consider your next outdoor adventure sorted.

Métier’s Melissa Morris Hosts the Perfect Summer Party Out East

As part of its New York Stories series that celebrates local creatives, Melissa Morris, founder of the luxe leather goods company Métier, hosted an elegant cocktail party at the beautiful home of art patrons Tom Cashin and Jay Johnson in Brookhaven, NY. The evening also celebrated the work of landscape artist and sculptor James Perkins, who had installed a set of post-totem silk structures into the grounds that matched the colors of original Andy Warhol Flowers paintings that line the collectors’ hallway. As night fell, the works seemed to glow amid the lush gardens and tiki torches. Guests were treated to tomato martinis and passed bites by Daniel Emilio Soares of Alimentari Flaneur. Amid those in the mix were journalist Jacob Soboroff, models Sara Grace Wallerstedt and Madhulika Sharma, set designer Stefan Beckman, and musician Sophie Auster.
