50 Cent headlined the Swiss watchmaker’s celebration at The Miami Beach EDITION.
Hublot made its annual return to Miami Art Week, this year celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Big Bang watch with a party at The Basement at The Miami Beach EDITION. The evening drew cultural leaders, creatives, and friends of the brand who mingled across the multi-level space.
Guests including Tyriq Withers, Khalid, Leon Bridges, Diplo, Sofi Tukker, Swae Lee, and Ty Dolla $ign were greeted by a display of archival Big Bang timepieces tracing two decades of the design’s evolution. Its latest iteration comes in the Big Bang Street Art Collection, which features watches with cracked composite concrete cases with UV-reactive accents in four colorways—pink, turquoise, purple, and yellow—each limited to 10 pieces and powered by the brand’s Meca-10 movement.
The party’s energy peaked during a performance by 50 Cent, who wore a custom Hublot Big Bang watch created specifically for the night. The piece references his upcoming Street Fighter role with unique blue and red tones. It was further personalized with a gold chess piece on the dial—a nod to his Le Chemin du Roi champagne—and “50 Cent” engraved on the caseback.
Mattia Vitale of MEDUZA closed out the night with a DJ set, capping an evening that brought together the watchmaker’s milestone anniversary with Miami’s Art Week energy.
