POLÈNE FÊTES ITS ATELIER DE CURIOSITÉS IN PARIS

The French leather goods brand celebrates with an intimate dinner on the Champs-Élysées.

Polène, the French leather goods brand behind last year’s viral Cyme bag, hosted its first-ever global event to mark the opening of its Atelier de Curiositiés. The intimate dinner at the brand’s Champs-Élysées flagship brought together American actress Nina Dobrev, Hungarian model Barbara Palvin, French actress Camille Cottin, and British model Iris Law, among others—a testament to Polène’s international reach.

One flight below the store, a nearly 1,000 square foot immersive experience invites guests into their creative process. Display cases reveal the steps involved in making each bag, from the cutting tools to the type of leather used, allowing visitors to experience the craft through touch and smell.

Over the past nine years, the French leather goods brand has expanded globally, collaborating with more than 2,200 artisans. In 2023, Polène launched a jewelry line, crafted in Italy and plated in 24-carat gold. The Atelier de Curiosités marks the brand’s most ambitious retail project yet, offering customers an intimate glimpse into the craftsmanship behind its bags.
