WHEN THE STARS ALIGN
To embody her chicly disheveled and undeniably sporty spring/summer 2024 Miu Miu collection, Miuccia Prada sent a raft of familiar faces down the runway. With the help of impeccable styling from Lotta Volkova and Ashley Brokaw’s casting, we were able to see some of our favorite stars and models truly Miu Miu-ifed. There was Troye Sivan in a sexy double-collared look, giving preppiness a fresh appeal. And newer faces, including the models Ana Elisa Brito and Ying Ouyang, were also unmissable in their embossed bandanna tops, with hair looking expertly windswept under Guido Palau’s direction. The Nineties It girl-turned-nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson was there too—she deemed the event her “homecoming,” having starred in some of the label’s original campaigns. And in an unexpected but highly welcome twist, the Priscilla actress Cailee Spaeny ditched her sky-high wigs and jet black eyeliner to envelop herself in a long, cocoon-like coat and closed out the pitch-perfect show.
