THE 2025 EMMYS HAD THE STARS DAZZLING

Jenna Ortega, Sam Nivola, and Owen Cooper were among the best-dressed of the night.

The Emmys are back for another year, and this time the competition is tough, with Severance, The Penguin, and The Pitt battling it out for who can bring home the most awards. The White Lotus cast (mostly) reunited on the carpet, while The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri opted to sit out this year. During the show, Seth Rogen won his first award, taking home the Best Male Actor trophy for his work in The Studio, looking dapper in a custom Etro velvet suit. As for the red carpet looks? Louis Vuitton dominated the red carpet dressing Selena Gomez and everyone’s favorite brooding hot guy of 2025, Walton Goggins. Sam Nivola and Colman Domingo both embraced the embellished tailoring trend in Dior and Valentino, respectively. Slit dresses also made an appearance as both Chloé Sevigny and Jenna Ortega showed plenty of leg. And while most walked the red carpet alone, Adam Brody and Leighton Meester made it a date night, getting everyone excited for Season 2 of Nobody Wants This, which apparently Meester makes an appearance in.

1. Selena Gomez in custom Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co. jewelry

In a sea of black dresses, the singer and actress stood out in her bold red gown, complete with train.

2. Jenna Ortega in Givenchy and Christian Louboutin shoes

The Wednesday actress broke ranks from her goth-themed press tour uniform but didn’t stray too far with this avant-garde Givenchy by Sarah Burton look.

3. Sam Nivola in Dior

Everyone’s controversial younger brother of 2025 appeared on the Emmys red carpet in a Dior look straight from Jonathan Anderson’s debut collection — not a big surprise since he did appear in the teaser film. Place your bets on his ambassador announcement now.

4. Colman Domingo in Valentino, Boucheron jewelry, and an Omega watch

No one better embodies Alessandro Michele’s vision for Valentino than Domingo. The nominee looked dapper in an embellished blazer, flared trousers, and matching polka dot shirt and tie. He then tied the look together with some extra sparkle and flair courtesy of Boucheron and Omega.

5. Walton Goggins in custom Louis Vuitton

Everyone’s favorite brooding and tragic boyfriend perfectly embodied his louche character in an undone Louis Vuitton ensemble.

6. Chloé Sevigny in Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. jewelry

Who else but Sevigny could make old Hollywood glamour look downtown edgy?

7. Ruth Negga in custom Prada

The Irish Actress nominated for her role in Presumed Innocent wore a floral Prada dress. Fun fact: It’s the first time a custom dress has been made with the fabric since the 2008 collection.

8. Seth Rogen in custom Etro

It was quite the night as Rogen took home both the Best Actor and Directing for a Comedy Series trophies, clad in a velvet suit that channeled his character in The Studio.

9. Pedro Pascal in Celine

In theory, a double-breasted jacket worn with low-rise trousers and soft leather lace-ups sounds like a recipe for disaster, but on Pascal? Pure cool in this Celine ensemble.

10. Owen Cooper in Custom Gap Studio

The Adolescent breakout star won his Emmy for Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology series in a custom GapStudio suit, giving it a youthful twist with an oversized black jacket and trousers.
