Loewe and On Are Back With Another Sneaker Collaboration

Fans of On, a Swiss sportswear company best known for their running shoes, are passionate about the brand’s lightweight and functional designs. The same level of obsession can be said for Loewe fans, who love the luxury brand’s surreal creations. So when the two first partnered up back in 2021 on a capsule collection of sneakers and performance pieces, it was a hit. They’re back, this time with a new collaboration that focuses on craft and technology, two passions shared by both labels. Launched this week, the Cloudtilt is the latest addition to the On x Loewe world.

Designed to be a lifestyle shoe that moves, it’s less like an early morning five mile run type of sneaker and more like a chic option for getting in 10,000+ steps while going about your day. The silhouette features a cloud-like sole that adapts to the way you walk, making for a seamless weight transfer. Also worth noting is On’s midsole, which was created with software that simulated stress on the legs and feet, for optimal cushioning. Other details include a knitted sock construction and speed laces, so you can easily slip in and out. On the materials side, the two brands are committed towards reducing environmental impact, as the mesh upper is made with 99% recycled polyester while the outer sole uses EVA foam, minimizing the need for excessive rubber.

The current drop features five colors in men’s sizing: black, white, lime green, khaki green, and blue. For women’s you’ll find black, white, lime green, purple rose, and navy. If those colors aren’t your speed, there will be a second drop in 2024 in shades like sand, wild rose, and slate gray for the men while the women’s options will be sand, wild rose, and beet red.
