Stars Let Loose At Spinelli Kilcollin’s Chromed Out Party in L.A.

Inside the space that will soon house the brand’s flagship boutique.

2026 is a big one for Spinelli Kilcollin, the Los Angeles-based jewelry label known for its quietly subversive approach to fine jewelry. What began as a niche, design-forward offering has since become a calling card for a certain fashion set. The brand’s signature galaxy rings, interlocking bands of precious metal, are the brain child of founders Yves Spinelli and Dwyer Kilcollin. Their iconic design is now a cult-favorite for the next generation of jewelry collectors who want items that blur the line between statement pieces and everyday staples.

On Wednesday night, the duo toasted their next chapter with a huge party that felt both expressive and a little undone. Timed squarely between Coachella weekends, the brand transformed an industrial gallery space into something closer to a chrome-drenched playground. Guests filtered in beneath a massive disco ball, where a Waymo idled out next to a food truck serving burgers, pizza, and chili fries by Etra. A crowd quickly formed in front of the chic claw machine stocked with Spinelli Kilcollin jewelry and fragrances. Others sauntered inside to enjoy a silver bouncy house, a classic photo booth, and a doodle wall covered in portraits by a live sketch artist.

Co-hosting duties fell to Simi and Haze, who arrived in coordinated two-pieces (one blush pink, the other midnight blue). The twins were flanked by a rotating cast of friends including Central Cee, Fai Khadra, Giveon, Landon Barker, Renell Medrano, Destin Conrad, and Salem Mitchell. The dress code for many leaned unfussy, with athleisure, oversized layers, and easy sets dominating the room. These were clothes meant for moving around and having fun on the dancefloor, not posing on a red carpet.

Jennie from Blackpink drifted toward the dancefloor with friends, while supermodel Kaia Gerber kept things low-key behind dark lenses. Justine Skye and Lizzo held court near the DJ booth, encouraging everyone to let their hair down. Conversations folded into the music as the room grew warmer and more kinetic. At the bar, the Sapphire Spritz flowed steadily, offering a sleek nod to both the precious gemstone and the event’s biggest sponsor, Chase Sapphire Reserve. For such a star-studded event, there was no clear center of attention. Just a steady hum of overlapping moments that moved at the kind of easy pace that encouraged you to stay out just a little bit longer.

When Kaytranada took over the decks around midnight, the energy lifted and pulled the room together. He stood in front of a floor-to-celing speaker wall that blasted an impressive mix of throwbacks and chart-topping bangers. Suddenly, every square inch of the dancefloor was packed with people swaying their hips and dropping it low. His set lasted for over an hour, and guests sweated it out for the entire time just to hear which disco-pop needle drop the Canadian DJ would play next. Even when Pedro stepped into DJ around 1:30 am, no one seemed particularly interested in calling it a night.

Eventually, guests spilled out onto the pavement with scoops of matcha ice cream in-hand. It was a delightfully gentle way to end such a huge event, which felt like it could have gone on until the sun came up on Thursday morning. In a city that rarely pauses, Spinelli Kilcollin managed to turn an anniversary event into its own kind of destination.
